The Blackjack Mitt Con program by Brandon Jones offers shows how you can train like a boxer does and so doing, develop better fitness, greater strength, improved cardiovascular ability, and greater striking power. However, is this really what you need right now? Is the Mitt Cons program right for you at all?

If you’re looking to build lots of muscle mass, you need a muscle building program. This certainly isn’t a muscle building program. Sure, you can build lots of lean muscle tissue with Mitt Con but if you’re looking to pack on the most muscle and really bulk up there are other programs that do that better.

Similarly, if you’re looking to shed a few pounds you may find other, more easy to handle programs that can deliver these results. You don’t need to do this one which is a pretty intensive plan.

However, if your goal is to make your body look like that of a martial arts fighter and actually be able to do some of the stuff they do (in terms of fitness, this is not a martial arts program) than the Blackjack Mitt Cons program may indeed be for you.

However, you need to be ready and willing to workout in a totally different way than you may be used to. This is a mitt conditioning punching program. It is not even similar to a regular weight training workout routine. You will be moving and exercising in a totally different way.

This is a challenging program so don’t do it unless you’re ready to train your “tail” off. You will need to be determined for the next 63 days in order to make the most with this program so ask yourself whether you’re ready for this challenge.

If you are, this may prove to be an awesome workout experience for you.
